Although it will be fun to wear a costume, it is not mandatory. You can always come as yourself.
Yes, childcare will be provided for children who are potty trained (no pull-ups allowed) and between 4 and 12 years of age. We will provide a fun place for your children to enjoy games and activities while you enjoy quality time alone or with your partner or at our various activities.
Childcare is $15 per day per child. However, if you’re an Elite member, you will receive FREE childcare for all 3 days for up to 2 children.
We only have 10 slots available. If we do not fill all 10 slots, we will have to cancel the service.
Your registration ticket includes one admission for the lunch session on Friday and Saturday, plus one admission for the welcome reception on Friday night. Additional tickets are not available for these sponsored meal sessions.
You must purchase a separate ticket for the Saturday night banquet. You may purchase additional tickets for your spouse and children 13 and up for the banquet.
Breakfast will not be provided during the retreat.
Yes, you can. Visit the ticket page and buy tickets for the Character-Themed banquet. If you only buy tickets for the banquet, you will not be able to attend any of the courses or available workshops.
Yes, the event exhibit is free for all ODs, students and staff. However, you must register in advance. If you register for the FREE exhibit, you will not be able to attend any of the course and workshop sessions. You also will not be able to attend any of the meal sessions.

We support the AOA, state organizations and local societies and believe in their mission to protect our profession. We do not offer those courses because we want to encourage you to take them at AOA, and/or state/local society events.
