Ambassador Team Annual Chapter Commitment & Goals

This is an opportunity for you to reflect and identify growth opportunities (goals) for your chapter and what you will commit to in order to reach those goals. Here are the general event goals you can choose from: Event Goals – (1) Plan and execute 4 Local events for the year. (2) Have 15+ women ODs in attendance at each event. (3) Recruit 8 Vendors – 2 per event (One Elite and One Certified). (4) Do not exceed budget per event. (5) Bring 5 people from your chapter to the annual retreat.
Example: To reach my goal of 15 ODs in attendance for each event, I commit to do the following 3 things: (1) I will send all the invitation emails on time. (2) I will ask each attendee to commit to bring another OD in one meeting. (3) I will attend 3 other meetings in my city to network with other ODs.
