This world-class event will be the first of its kind in our industry, and it’s a great marketing opportunity to educate and promote your latest products and services. To facilitate communication for the meeting, we have assigned James Justin as sponsor coordinator and Dr. Samantha Love as exhibit hall coordinator. James will be your primary point of contact before and after the event. Dr. Love will be your point of contact during the event.

Our theme for the educational retreat will be “Escape to Serenity” and our slogan will be “Relax, Rejuvenate and Recharge!” As you know, many of our women ODs live very busy lives and seldom have time to relax. That is why we are asking them to escape back-to-school and let their partners take over this year. 

The engineered serene atmosphere during the conference will empower our Optometry Divas to relax, rejuvenate and recharge while LEARNING. In addition, the connections they will make with you, our sponsor, and each other, plus the education they will receive will promote their success for years to come.

As you put your tables together, think of ways to incorporate the theme in your presentation. Have fun with this and the more creative the better! At the end of the conference, the attendees will vote for the sponsor with the most creative table presentation in relation to the theme.  The winner will get the Optometry Divas – Sponsor of the Year Award!   • One 45-minutes presentation during a lunch break
  • One (1) 6-foot Exhibit Table for the three meeting days.

ELITE LEVEL EXHIBIT SPONSORSHIP $3,500 USD

  • One (1) 6-foot Exhibit Table for the three meeting days.
  • Recognition of sponsorship in official meeting app, in addition to onsite signage, the official Optometry Divas meeting website, and Facebook
  • Sponsorship recognition onscreen in the general session.
  • 10-Minutes speaking time during Friday luncheon.
  • Announcements acknowledging sponsors during appropriate times.
  • Your choice of one corporate branding sponsorship as set forth below- based on availability. (ie. branded name badge lanyards, etc).

  1. Exhibit Setup Date and time: Thursday, August 12, 2021, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and breakdown Sunday, Aug 15 at 12:00 pm.

 

  1. Venue mailing address: Safety Harbor Resort & Spa, 105 N. Bayshore Dr, Safety Harbor, FL 34695. Our sponsors can mail small/medium boxes of marketing materials to the venue. Add sponsor name and the name of the group (Optometry Divas) when mailing boxes to the venue for this event. Boxes mail to the venue can arrive no sooner than 5 days prior to arrival (Aug 12th). We ask our sponsors to call the venue at (727) 726-1161 to reserve a room and make other arrangements.

 

  1. Are there CE courses provided at the meeting? Yes! All CE courses will be provided in a separate room from the exhibit room.

Join the Saturday evening reception “Minute to Win It” event during the Optometry Divas Educational Retreat. This sponsorship is available to the first 20 sponsors who sign up, and each sponsor will be provided a microphone to address the audience for one (1) minute during the Saturday evening reception. Please note this opportunity gives you one minute to address the audience in a creative manner and no presentations will be allowed during this time. The winner will get a 10-minutes speaking opportunity to all attendees. Or sponsor the event and get an additional 10-minutes speaking opportunity.
