
Welcome Faculty to the 2025 Optometry Divas Educational Retreat!
We’re thrilled to have you join us for our 10-year anniversary celebration—whether you’re returning or participating for the first time, your contribution is deeply valued. Below, you’ll find key information and links to the required forms. Please ensure all submissions are completed by their respective deadlines to help us process CE credit in a timely manner. Our Faculty Coordinator, Nina, will send helpful reminders to keep you on track.
As a participating faculty presenter, you will receive the following benefits:

Complimentary Registration – All faculty are required to register for the retreat. If you are an ambassador, you may register for free through your member portal. If not, a complimentary registration coupon will be provided to you.

Course Ownership and Instructor Roles
Many of the courses at this year’s Optometry Divas Educational Retreat were developed by the Optometry Divas team. For these courses, speakers are invited to serve as instructors to present the material. In these cases, the course remains the intellectual property of Optometry Divas, and the speaker is listed in the ARBO submission as a presenting instructor.
If you are assigned to present one of these courses, your responsibility will be to deliver the content as provided. You may be invited to collaborate on tailoring delivery to your expertise, but no additional prep or submission is required.
If you are developing and submitting your own course, you will be listed as the primary instructor, and responsible for all CE documentation and deadlines.

Honorariums – Up to $500 based on individual agreement.

Hotel Accommodations – One night of hotel stay will be covered and arranged for you by our event team. Additional nights may be booked at your own expense.

Meals Included – Meals during the event will be provided as part of your participation.

Discounted Room Block – Additional nights may be reserved under our group rate of $179/night plus taxes and fees, subject to availability.

As part of our technical arrangements, we kindly request that you submit your presentation slides in PDF format prior to the event. This will ensure smooth integration into our system and facilitate a seamless presentation experience. Please submit your slides below allowing us ample time for setup. We want to assure you that your work will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect. Your presentation slides will only be projected during your session and will not be shared with or distributed to anyone else. We understand the importance of protecting intellectual property and assure you that your content will not be plagiarized or reproduced in any form.
