Welcome Faculty to the Optometry Divas Educational Retreat!
We’re thrilled to have you join us, whether you’re a returning faculty member or joining us for the first time. Below, you’ll find important information and links to all necessary forms. Please ensure all forms are completed by the specified deadlines to facilitate timely credit allocation. Our education coordinator will send reminders to ensure compliance with submission deadlines.
Participating faculty at the Optometry Divas Educational Retreat will receive the following benefits:
- Complimentary Registration: Enjoy free registration for the entire event, a value of $449. There’s no need to register separately for the retreat.
- Remuneration: Receive compensation for services at a rate of $500 per credit hour.
- Travel Reimbursement: We’ll reimburse you for travel expenses as follows:
- Up to $300 for roundtrip coach airfare and transportation to and from the airport.
- Up to $50 for transportation to and from the event venue.
- Up to $75 for meals and incidentals.
- If you’re driving to the event, receive reimbursement at a rate of $0.56 per mile, including tolls.
Our event coordinator will arrange hotel accommodations for one night as required. Any additional stay will be at the faculty’s expense.
Take advantage of our Hotel Guest Room Group Discounted Rates at $299 per night, plus applicable fees and taxes.

This will ensure smooth integration into our system and facilitate a seamless presentation experience. Please submit your slides below allowing us ample time for setup. We want to assure you that your work will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect. Your presentation slides will only be projected during your session and will not be shared with or distributed to anyone else. We understand the importance of protecting intellectual property and assure you that your content will not be plagiarized or reproduced in any form.
