Event Exhibit & Sponsorship Program
Sponsorship not only supports the operations & charitable and educational mission of Optometry Divas, but also gives your company an opportunity to have a direct impact on eye care professionals in local regions. Increased marketing exposure, brand recognition and networking events are just a few of the advantages.
Our annual sponsorship program offers a branding opportunity to companies or organizations to augment their exposure at our 4 local in-person events. Your annual sponsorship will increase the visibility of your company through the following:
- Visibility opportunities (signage, logo placement, bag inserts, etc.)
- Opportunities for promotional presentations to increase brand awareness, visibility and exposure.
- Interactive opportunities to increase interaction with vendors (fun icebreakers, games and challenges)
We generally keep attendance between 15-30 doctors at these events to create a safe and intimate environment. As an exhibitor and/or sponsor, you will enjoy a unique experience that fosters trust and credibility with a captured target audience.Â

Opportunity to give a 10 minute presentation at one local chapter event of your choice (your featured event).

Frequently Asked Questions about Exhibits
Programming that is offered for continuing education credit (CE’s) is not offered for corporate sponsorship.
Yes. Optometry Divas makes disclaimer language available to all attendees participating in Continuing Education programming. The language states: “Optometry Divas thanks our Exhibitors. Corporate sponsors and exhibitors are not responsible for the content of this meeting nor does Optometry Divas endorse their products or services.“
Exhibit funds is a source of non-dues revenue that enables us to provide more programs, services and opportunities for members. Those dollars are used to offset expenses incurred in the planning and enhancement of the programming offering. The expenses include, but are not limited to, room costs, AV, or food offerings.
Exhibits will be displayed in an “exhibit hall”, which is separate from the educational programming, and do not contribute to Continuing Education (CE) programming.
Yes. Although there are exclusive sponsorship opportunities offered, (such as lanyards, bags, etc.) most of Optometry Divas’ programming is offered as a co-sponsorship. It is the goal of Optometry Divas to introduce members to a wide-range of companies that offer products and services that can help members offer the best care for their patients.
Yes, we do have options for one event sponsorship. It’s our associate level.
