  • Our Continuing Education Program includes Florida Jurisprudence and Medical Errors, which is required by the Florida Board of Optometry for licensure renewal. 
  • This educational program will be submitted to the State of Florida – Board of Optometry for CE and Transcript Quality approval and COPE with Institutional Support from NOVA Southeastern University – College of Optometry.

We are excited to host our 5th Annual Educational Retreat in the beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort. This resort is just steps from the sand of St. Augustine Beach and a short trolley ride to all the local attractions. It’s perfect for the entire family.

Venue Parking Information:

  • Facility Parking is Valet only for guest
  • Free parking available at St. John’s County Pier.
    • 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    • First come first served

  • No Refunds will be available after July 31, 2024.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted before Thursday, July 31, 2024. 
  • Refunds are processed only after a written request is received by [email protected].
  • An administration fee of $50 is retained on all refunds. No exceptions. 
  • The event is designed for women ODs, however male ODs are welcome to attend.
