My journey in Optometry Divas has been rewarding and challenging. I had good and bad experiences. What I realized is that the challenging experiences were stretching me. They were expanding me to become who I needed to be and leading the growth. As leaders, you will be tested. Your dream will test your resolute.  Life will want to know how badly you really want it. When you go through these challenges, remain flexible and let them expand and stretch you into who you need to become for your next level.
